A Treasure Hunt - a gift from Auntie

"Go to where Morfar likes to sit and watch the news.   Take a look underneath and you'll find the next clue."

"You are good at this!

The next clue is outside.  Go out the front door.  Go down 3 steps toward the yard and look for a hole where a chipmunk might live.   You'll find the next clue in that hole."

"Oh good!  The chipmunk didn't eat me!  Now go down into the yard and turn the corner around the house.   The next clue is hidden in what used to be a tree.   Don't let it stump you!"

"Get it, stump?   For the next clue, walk up the driveway toward a place you might park a car.  In a pile of firewood, you'll find the next clue.  Good luck!"

"Down to the lake we go for the next clue!  Walk to the dock, but don't run down it.  Standing with your back to the lake, take about 12 steps up the hill until you come to a tree.  Find the next clue near that spot.  Only one clue left!"

"You're good at this!  Now you're very close to the treasure.  Standing at the tree, turn so that the lake is on your right.  Walk straight until you bump into something.   If you crouch down, you'll see a cement block on the ground.   Look inside to find your treasure."

"You found the treasure!  I hope you had fun on your treasure hunt.   Be sure to feed your bank when you get home.

I love you all the way around!

xxoo,

Auntie"

The treasure was a bag of quarters - Toby was overjoyed.    Sarah & Magnus called us just at the right time, so Toby was able to say "Thank you" to her.

Auntie, we love *you* all the way around!
